VarcoMac, LLC has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator. This position is responsible for assisting the onsite construction field team with the overall planning & scheduling, resource allocation and project accounting. This position will be working full-time on construction sites. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to onsite construction field teams
  • Assist with all stages of onsite construction field support team on projects or tasks as needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Support and work closely with construction project leaders and Field Technicians to process tickets, invoices, scheduling, and other coordination activities.
  • Assist with daily projects and safety reports on multiple software platforms.
  • Answer field technicians’ phone calls as needed.
  • Track and organize daily payroll and accounting sheets
  • Order, Inventory, schedule and record daily material project deliverables.
  • Compile required documents for scheduling, permitting and inspections.
  • Participation in relevant project meetings.
  • Other tasks as assigned and/or developed.
    Qualifications:
  • 0-3 Experience working in the construction industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word and Excel.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
     
    Competencies: 
  • ORGANIZED: Sense of urgency with ability to set priorities and build action plans to drive timely execution. Thorough, methodical and result-oriented with great attention to detail. Able to combine the predictability of standard operating procedures with the flexibility of continuous process improvement.
